FIRST I CALLED TO SEE IF THEY HAD A TIRE i NEEDED. jASON SAID YES.

WHEN I GOT THERE HE SOLD BOTH. i HAD TO GET A HIGHER AMT OF DOLLAR TIRE. THEN THEY FORGOT TO PUT BACK ON THE (H) THAT EMBLEM ON MY WHEEL. TIBURON.

i NOTICED IT WHEN I GOT HOME AND WAS LOOKING AT THE TIRE . i CALLED HIM BACK AND THEY SAID IT WAS NOT TO BE FOUND. HE TOLD ME TO ORDER ANOTHER FROM DEALER AND HE WOULD REFUND THE MONEY WHEN i BROUGHT IT IN. NOW THAT i HAVE THE EMBLEM HE SAID IT WOULD TAKE TIME TO GET MY MONEY BACK HE HAD TO SEND IT AWAY TO COLLECT THE MONEY.

NOTHING WAS MENTIONED ABOUT RECOVERING MY MONEY LIKE THAT. i HAVE HAD MY CARE SINCE 2004 BRAND NEW AND NO ONE BUT DOBBS HAS TAKEN CARE OF IT. NOW THIS.

i AM SO DISSAPOINTED IN DOBBS IN WENTZVILLE MO. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR TAKE MY CAR THERE AGAIN.
